Request for refund – charges for Internet service during inactive period

Dear KPN Customer Service,

I hope this email finds you well.

We recently noticed that we were charged for two months of internet service, despite not having an active connection during that period. We would like to request a refund for these charges, as we were unable to use the service.

Could you please review our account and let us know if it’s possible to get a refund? If any additional information is needed, please let us know.

I would like to ask you to make an appointment by phone using the link: belafspraak. One of my colleagues will give you a call and then you can discuss the possibilities.
