How does tv work within a KPN subscription? Login error in tv app

When I was with Ziggo, I had (slow) internet and the ability to watch TV in the app installed to my Android TV. App was perfect.

I switched to fiberoptic internet from KPN. TV disappeared. NPO Start works with permanent bugs. I have other subscriptions and apps, like Netflix and Prime for movies. Need Nederlands news channels - and have no relevant access.

Searching through KPN web site I can’t understand what about TV in my Android TV? It looks like there is no app for TV. I installed it to my smartphone and it always returns login error. Also, it is absolutely unclear from the website - how to make TV available. It looks like the only option is to cancel subscription and then subscribe again and pay for additional device from KPN. Or not? No idea from website.

Unfortunately, Ziggo does not allow subscription to pure TV, without Internet.

Could someone please explain me.
