Disappointed about delivery iPhone with a simcard

Hi, I'm extremely disappointed with repeated delivery delays for my order, an iphone with a sim card, marking the second occurrence. After waiting for three weeks, the delivery is still pending, and I won't be in the Netherlands for the next period.

I urgently need an explanation for these delays and a commitment to prevent future occurrences. I request swift action to expedite my order or a clear plan for a refund.

This ongoing issue undermines my trust in your company. I expect urgent attention and a quick resolution.

I wated for 3 weeks and that is not ok. I won’t be in Europe in the next weeks, so I urgently need you tyo take some actions.
