I want to stop my contract

I have problem I want to cancel my contract but they told no because I switched to prepaid witch I still have to pay one month I don't want that please stop my contract

If I understand correctly you're trying to cancel your contract but were told that it's not possible. In the meantime you've switched to prepaid, is that correct?

If you've switched to prepaid your contract has already been canceled. What do you see when you log in to Mijn KPN with your account?
