Is calling KPN Costumer Support free of charge?

Hello, I am right now outside the EU and I would need the help of KPN. I tried the online chat already, but they only offer bots, and no employees. I wanted to ask, does anyone know if calling +316120120 (KPN service number) is free of charge from outside the EU?

@Kata03 it’s not free of charge. By the way the number is +31612001200.
