Hello, 
I lost my SIM card and would like to request a new one or an ESIM (preferably). 
However, I’m living in Portugal and I don’t speak dutch. 
I called KPN through the customer support line but it just hanged-up after the automated messages (in Dutch). 
I tried scheduling a call from KPN to me, however, they don’t accept a foreign phone number. 
Please, I need help.
