My new SIM doesn't have any signal

Hello

Today I received a new sim and it doesn’t have signal at all, I have tried to turn on and off de phone , I select my network and all that but in vane . I hope you can help me , or send me another sim card . Thank you .

Did you get the simcard bij normal post? If so then you probably should activate the simcard first, see this webpage: https://www.kpn.com/service/mobiel/aanvragen/activeren.htm

Did your subscription already start and did you get a message that it should work?

 

If it should work then it's best to call customer service 0800-0402 (mo to fr 08.00 - 18.00, sa 08.00 - 17.00) or visit a KPN store, if it's a simcard problem you can get a new one in the store.

Welcome to the community @maria123.pop. Just like GeSp I'm also wondering whether the new simcard was activated, did you do that?

If you have done that and it still doesn't work, the quickest way is to call us, via a different phone.
