Today I received a new sim and it doesn’t have signal at all, I have tried to turn on and off de phone , I select my network and all that but in vane . I hope you can help me , or send me another sim card . Thank you .

Did you get the simcard bij normal post? If so then you probably should activate the simcard first, see this webpage: https://www.kpn.com/service/mobiel/aanvragen/activeren.htm
Did your subscription already start and did you get a message that it should work?
If it should work then it's best to call customer service 0800-0402 (mo to fr 08.00 - 18.00, sa 08.00 - 17.00) or visit a KPN store, if it's a simcard problem you can get a new one in the store.
