Yesterday morning the delivery for my phone did not happen because the delivery person told me that because my bank card does not have an IBAN printed on it he can’t give it to me and left.
After that I called support and they said I have to wait for the current order to be cancelled then I should submit another order with a bank card that has an IBAN on it to avoid getting a double phone and subscription.
My question is when will my order be cancelled?
I got the “Je bestelling gaat retour” email yesterday but still no email for cancellation, I am moving my company and I have to transfer things to the new number so I am in kind of a hurry.
