Unable to activate Multisim on Apple Watch Series 11

@Arjan van KPN I have been facing a similar issue since beginning of january when I received my new apple watch 11 bought on Amazon and I paired it with my Iphone 17pro (via a kpn eSim) to activate a multisim plan.
I followed the instruction to activate the multisim on the apple watch app, but after receiving a couple of error at the end of the process, now the system is stuck endlessly on “activating” status..
I have already visited a kpn store and they opened a ticket for the tech department, saying it should be solved in 3-5 business days, but after almost 2 weeks and another call to the customer support, still the same situation.
I’m really disappointed and annoyed…

Hi ​@Andrea13 and welcome to our KPN Community. Thank you for notifying us of this, I can understand the annoyance and disappointment when you’ve not heard back about this yet. 😕

Has anything happened in the meantime? The tech department should contact you either by calling or through e-mail if they need any other information. Is there no e-mail from them or any missed calls?
If you’ve not heard back from them at all, could you fill out your community profile with: 

  • The name and date of birth of the subscriber
  • Your address
  • The cellphone number this concerns and last 3 digits of the IBAN known to us (in the ‘persoonlijke opmerkingen’)

Once you’ve done this, please let me know here. Then I'll be able to check whether there are any updates.

i have not been contacted again yet, but i just checked the watch app and i saw i could try again to activate the multisim (something must have happened on kpn side). Once i accessed the watch app i saw that there is now a kpn nl plan “not in use”. I clicked on it but nothing happened.

i tried to activate a new multisim, i followed the procedure again. I accepted the conditions and when i clicked on activate again it gave me a generic error like the first time and now I’m again stuck on an “activating” infinite loop :(  (See the picture attached)

 

what should I do now? Can you not activate it for me?
