Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 Screenprotector peeling off in the middle

Hi! The screenprotector that comes pre-applied on the ZFlip 5 is peeling off in the middle and I am still within the warranty window, so I was wondering where I could get it replaced?

I saw a 3 year old post about the fold, where people said none of the samsung stores in the netherlands have the machines to apply it... is that still the case? I don't want to send in my phone

Hello ​@Leezah ,

You are still within the two-year warranty period. But, it is difficult to determine whether this is covered by the warranty as I cannot assess whether this is normal wear and tear or if it is a defect in the product. In this case you can visit a KPN store to discuss it there. Please bring your ID and proof of purchase with you.

Hopefully this can be resolved under warranty.

It is covered by the warranty, since it's a known issue. The kpn store doesn't have the equipment needed to fix the issue. Could you please answer my question instead of replying with a template answer?

Leezah, KPN stores don’t fix phones. They send them in. So if you want to get a warranty replacement you can send the phone in for a repair or go to a Samsung store with your invoice of the phone. They may or may not be able to repair it in the Samsung store. But this is an community from KPN and not Samsung so we cannot be sure about that.
