I received Modem KPN Box 12 and I connected it to Wall socket via telephone plug. After connection green light starts flashing for Internet and but I have no internet connection. Any idea what could be the issue and how to resolve it?

How annoying that you can't use your internet connection. Have you connected the telephone plug to the dsl port of the KPN Box 12? Do you have a new KPN subscription or has your old modem been exchanged? Can you enter your details in your profile and give a message here?
