Can you check the confirmation you received when you ordered your subscription with phone? The invoice confirms my assumption that you’ve selected the phone with a down payment (of €204) combined with monthly payments during the rest of your subscription.
As I’m a customer like you, I can’t check your situation further. You can call KPN on 0800-0402 or wait for the reaction of a KPN employee here. This can take several days as it’s busy on the forum.
