Hi,

I ordered Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 from KPN webshop on 18th November (Bestelnummer: S4269459-3962616) and is was delivered at home on 30th November which was the earliest possible data i could select. After that date, I have submit my Galaxy Watch 6 gift request from Samsung webpage on 5th of December and just got a reply from them today that says:

 

“The product was not purchased within the promotional period”

 

How could that be possible? Can someone from KPN explain what i did wrong here?

Hi Merve, did you upload the invoice for the phone to Samsung and was the purchase date on that invoice within the promotional period of 13-11-2023 to 27-11-2023 ? 

According to this page (https://www.samsung.com/nl/promo/promo/?id=XBBBSCGFLFAXQ ) on the Samsung Promo website you should then be entitled to receive the watch 6.


Same issue here, ordered a phone on 25th november, but the proof of purchase claims december 6th and Samsung said I won't get anything and KPN should solve this, very annoying.
