De schermen van de KPN Box 12 zijn standaard in het Engels. Dan staat er Status, Disabled, Security en WPA2 Personal. 

I did turn off the auto translate on my browser (Chrome) and also try different browser such as Firefox, Safari, Microsoft edge. none of them works. I did try it with different computer. it's not working, either.

Hi @Chou, welcome to our community! As Noordzee mentions the box12's webinterface should already be in english. The new software will have an option at the login screen

I am pretty sure the defalut page is in Dutch. and there is no option to switch language.
I found a thread from the KPN box 12, Erik from KPN did mention there is no option switch language to English.

Can I request something about the firmware?

Currently, it’s not possible to select text at all. ALso, auto-translation isn’t offered nethier in Chrome or Firefox. I guess the text is not “seen” by the browsers as well.

I really appreciate all the efforts, the webpage looks more responsive now, but it’s a total disaster I can’t even select text to copy it somewhere for translation. Please fix it, it really hurts.

The v12 box is behind with software. On v10 box all the mentioned issues are gone. They need to update.
