I have a pre-paid and want to keep the number to another provider while changing to subscription. I need to provide with my customer ID, however the one that KPN customer providesĀ get rejected by KPN in the number transfer process.

where can I find the correct Customer ID?

Can you please note your mobile phone number Ć”nd your full sim card number in the ā€˜persoonlijke opmerkingenā€™ field ofĀ your profielĀ and give me a heads up if youā€™ve done so? Ā
