Nothing is working with KPN

I tried to reach customer service , no sense. All time empty promises, just people go away from them. 

 

Now im trying to change operator, they let me to do it only after month. Im in hard situation dont have job already more than 3 weeks. I was thinking why nobody call me. I recieved messages from missed calls like 3 weeks before. I was super angry. 

 

Tried to go Vodafone because they are the best, and those bussiness , money stealers kpn, dont let me go straight away, only after month  

 

I will try to sue them, ask my hourly salary which is 35 € per hour and ask back all those time when service was not working properly.  I will add picture when forst time i recieved email, which says that i was not reachable. 

 

First of all in beginning i was paying 24 eiros, and then my proce reached 34, for 20 mb per second internet, not working for sure.without any confirmation from me  

 

Even today i recieved audio post mail, that some company tried to reach me, i video recorded it . I will collect all information what i can and see you guys in court. 🫡

From this fay pay me back everything, thank you . And rest we go thru court. Otherwise they are laughing in my face, i only hear bla bla bla.

I recognized the problem, phone what you did sell to me was never working good. I already payd it , all time you sending me sim cards or asking to do resets. I inserted sim card in my new vodafone phone and vuala everything works. 

So can i bring phone and adk all amount back?

Hi ​@E Grigorjevs, welcome on our community. 
I must honestly admit that I don't quite understand what's going on. I understand that you are having problems with the connection and that you have switched or want to switch to another provider?
May I advise to visit a KPN store? That makes it a bit easier to talk and understand each other. You can find a store on our website by filling in the place of recidence of city.
